3rd Line Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a 3rd Line Cloud Support Engineer to manage cases relating to incidents or change requests from Partners to meet the SLA commitments, provide 3rd line cloud support for incidents and change requests, manage larger project delivery and solutions within change requests and take internal escalations from the rest of the Service Desk as required.
